Coaching/mentoriing has come a long way since the difficult times of the 80s and 90s foreclosure days of buying and flipping properties.

Although times and housing market conditions are different, the concepts of flipping properties are very much the same. In fact, today's Real Estate and financial markets make it much easier to buy and flip properties.

The interest rates today range from 2.5% as opposed to the 80s, where the interest rates ranged from 18% plus 10 points (10%), today we have a great opportunity to become very wealthy with little money -- IF you know how to devise a plan for success, as well as having a coach/mentor on your side, which will greatly increase your chances to succeed.

COACH TONY has been in Real Estate sales and brokerage for several years, as well as the mortgate financing industry for 10 years. He has also served as President of the CT Society of Mortgage Brokers Association.
