Howard Eugene Wright

The Host of Rivers of Living Water, Howard Eugene Wright, was born in the early morning on January 28, 1938 in a country home in Brazil, Indiana USA. His birth was complicated, but all worked out. He is the oldest son of a family of 6 (Mother, Rosella Mildred, father, James Brenton, a brother, Lester Oral; two sisters, Carolyn Sue and Rebecca Lynn). His father and mother were loving, caring parents. Even though his mother was much younger than his father, his family life was a happy one. His mother was an outgoing person who enjoyed helping others. His father was a hardworking clay factory worker. His father was always there for his family. He also has family members from his father\'s first wife who died at a young age of 35. They are Grace, who is still living at age 92, (Ethel, Arley, Lola, Lorene and Chris all died in the Lord). His parents were well liked in the community. They would play games with their children and all the neighbor\'s children. His mother was considered the neighborhood “nurse.” His family was not rich in material things, but he had a rich heritage which to him is worth more than silver and gold.



He started his education in a little one-room schoolhouse. He walked a little over one mile every school day regardless of weather conditions. When in the third grade his little school closed, and he went to the big elementary school in Brazil, Indiana USA. He still walked a little over a mile to school. His other education includes home study, two Christian Colleges: Trevecca Nazarene University and Northwest Nazarene University. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Small-Group Speech-Communication where he minored in Earth Sciences and Biological Sciences. He has an MA in Christian Clinical Counseling from Cornerstone University.



He started his walk with the True and Living God in a church meeting on January 1, 1956 as he confessed his sins and gave his life to the True and Living God. At first, his family did not understand the change that took place in his life, but as time went on, they accepted it. Most of his family today are Christians. On January 1, 1957, God called him into the Christian Ministry. He pastored from 1966 to 2001 in churches in Iowa, North Dakota, Minnesota, Arizona, Wisconsin, Indiana and Kansas. From 2004 to 2009, he was a special speaker for “Convention Antioch” in Uganda, East Africa which he helped start in 2004. He and his wife are supporting a radio broadcast in Uganda and have given them a video projector so they can show the “Jesus Film” to their people in their own language. He hopes to go back to Uganda in May of 2013, as the Lord provides.



He was married to Arlene Ruth Moore on November 21, 1967. She was ordained into the ministry the same time he was in 1971. They had no children. She was an excellent children\'s worker. She went to be with the Lord on November 28, 1995. His intention was to stay single and work hard for his Wonderful Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. God had other ideas.



On December 3, 2001 he was married to Arlene Roller. He know her from being her pastor 25 years earlier. Her husband went to be with the Lord in February of 1995. He is happily married to his second Arlene. His present wife has a son who has two daughters. and a daughter who has three sons and one daughter. He has people who have adopted him as their spiritual father in other countries.



He has authored 8 books. They are: Honest Truth 1, Honest Truth 2, Deceitful Masters, Deceitful Masters Workbook, Fourteen Facets of Jesus\' True Church, The Church That Satan\'s Slaves Built, God\'s Operation Manual For Spiritual Warfare and God\'s Prescriptions For A Healthy Society. His next book, which will come out soon, in his God\'s Treasure Chest of Biblical Truth series is Breaking the Chains of Demonic Deceptions.



He is in very good health. He and his wife are on a raw food diet. It is the Back to Genesis 1:29 diet. In his book, “God\'s Prescriptions For A Healthy Society” he goes into great detail as to how to live healthy in body, soul and spirit.



At the age of 75, he is starting the Rivers of Living Water talk show. He is available for book signings, guest interviews, speaking at conferences and special events.
