Frank Bisconti is CEO & Founder of Consultus Management Partners, LLC a Chicago-based business consulting firm, author of the book, “It’s My Turn to be an Entrepreneur – Everything You Need to Know Before You Start a Business” (available on Amazon.com) and Host of Consult-us on Business on TalkZone.com. Frank has over 30 years of business experience in public and private companies and assists new entrepreneurs avoid costly mistakes when setting up new businesses as well as provides consulting services to existing small businesses in the areas of turnarounds, reorganizations, business analysis and organizational development.



Prior to founding Consultus in 2007, Frank held positions as Division President, Director of Subsidiary Operations and Director of Business Analysis at Home Shopping Network, Inc.; COO & CFO at a Top 50 brand marketing company; CFO at a national packaging and distribution company; Director of Finance and Investor Relations for the IPO launching of Precision Systems, Inc; and VP, Finance for a McDonald\'s franchise restaurant group. Frank also founded Top Billing Records; Top Talent, Inc.; and Prime Time Entertainment, Inc.; and Consultus Publishing Co.
