Arthritis is a common ailment of older dogs and cats. Today's guest is Dr. Shawn Messonnier, a veterinarian who combines conventional and alternative therapies in order to heal his patients and is the author of the new book, Preventing and Treating Arthritis in Dogs and Cats.We'll talk about the what's and why's of the disease, the different therapies available, offer tips to prevent your pet from getting arthritis and discuss what you should be asking your own vet to help your dogs and cats.
