Thomas Holm Thomas Holm is the minister/pastor of The Joseph Plan and author of “Break the Bondage of Fear” and the “Biblical Spiritual Warfare Manual”. He is a fill in pastor and a public speaker. A Christian minister, pastor, public speaker, author and researcher Thomas and his wife Kate live in a small town in the mountains of Arizona. Thomas has served in Christian ministry since 1999 in Arizona. He served the Lord first as a recovery, trauma and Care pastor and Christian pastoral consular. An “on the street” minister and bible teacher. He was then moved by the Lord to evangelism and an outreach ministry called ThirdStep, that was formed in 2003 and reached hundreds of thousands of the lost for Christ over the next seven plus years. The Joseph Plan was called and formed in 2011 and continues today. Over the last thirty years Thomas has been published many times. His Safety Factor series of home fire safety articles was carried by almost a hundred daily, weekly and monthly publications. That series lasted for about two years. He was the page three, feature writer for the National Energy Journal. Thomas was also president of the company that developed the first, for profit, CD-Rom sold in America, according to Sony, Inc. It was entitled: “The Electronic Blue Book” and was used by Insurance companies and banks as a valuation tool for insurance and loans. He was the co author of the fire safety instruction and education materials that were used by over two hundred insurance companies, the federal government, twenty seven states and countless local fire departments and local building departments. These teaching materials served as the text books for the only fire safety certification program in the US.
