Carol Phillips Carol Phillips is a health and wellness expert with 25 years experience in the field. As an energetic health coach, author, speaker, and consultant, she has helped thousands of people improve their health through her seminars and workshops. Her consulting work helps companies increase their return on investment through improvement of their employee wellness programs. Carol is also a certified personal trainer, a CPR and First Aid instructor, and a Smoke Cessation Facilitator. She was one of New Hampshire’s first Wellness Coordinators when former Governor Lynch issued an Executive Order designed to promote health and wellness to NH State employees and their families.
