We're excited to welcome Carol Phillips back to the program. She is known as the Common Sense Health Coach, and as a health and wellness expert with 25+ years in the field, Carol’s focus is helping companies reduce their health-related expenses and increase productivity through their worksite wellness programs. In addition to consulting with business owners, HR Managers, and Wellness Coordinators, she educates and motivates employees to take their health to the next level with lively, interactive, and fun seminars and workshops.

Her book, 52 Simple Ways to Health, has been proven to be a very effective tool in reaching employees who struggle with making the changes needed to improve their health.

ABOUT CAROL PHILLIPS

Carol Phillips is a health and wellness expert with 25+ years experience in the field. As an energetic health coach, author, speaker, and consultant, she has helped thousands of people improve their health through her seminars and workshops. Her consulting work helps companies increase their return on investment through improvement of their employee wellness programs.

Carol is also a certified personal trainer, a CPR and First Aid instructor, and a Smoke Cessation Facilitator. She was one of New Hampshire’s first Wellness Coordinators when former Governor Lynch issued an Executive Order designed to promote health and wellness to NH State employees and their families.

Carol is the author of 52 Simple Ways to Health, which gives readers simple and easy strategies to solve many of the common health challenges that get in the way of leading happier, healthier, and more productive lives.
