Practice What You Preach!

How many times have you gone to a meeting and no one says what everyone is thinking? We just lay low and try to stay under the radar.

We all do it! But it's time to practice what we preach! Leadership models always discuss authenticity and integrity as the cornerstones of good leadership. Yet the real communication tends to happen after important meetings i.e. the covert "meeting after the meeting" when people get together and discuss what the "real" issues are.

Today we discuss strategies for learning how to stay authentic, get your point across and still be a "team" player. It takes practice!
