Amy Cole Amy Cole brings 22+ years of diversified marketing, sales and operational expertise to her role as an M&A Advisor at ABI. Ms. Cole assists business owners of privately-held companies with a variety of services including exit strategy planning, valuations, business sales, acquisitions and strategic marketing. With direct industry experience including manufacturing, distribution, business services, high tech, advertising & retail, Ms. Cole has led teams through multiple acquisitions, recapitalizations and IPOs. Her progressive background includes executive and senior advisory roles with venture start-ups, mid-market firms and global organizations as well as the ownership of her own consulting practice. Prior to joining ABI, Amy spent several years with Sunbelt Business Brokers, the largest network of highly trained intermediaries in the US, as well 2 N. California-based boutique M&A firms. Ms. Cole’s demonstrated success is shown by bringing hundreds of products to market, strategically positioning companies for growth, closing high volume sales deals and negotiating successful transactions for Buyers and Sellers. Ms. Cole holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in Business and Communications from Concordia College, MN.
