This week, we have an enlightening conversation with Sister Jenna. She is an expert in the areas of fostering respect and understanding amongst religions, cultures, and nations; women empowerment, spirituality for health, and meditation. She will also talk about Creating Trust in a Fear-Based Environment.

In June 2012, under the guidance of Sister Jenna, the Meditation Museum of Silver Spring, Maryland, launched a nationwide initiative entitled, "America Meditating - Pause for Peace." This initiative encourages everyone across the nation to allow time during their day to pause for peace and reflect within.

Sister Jenna
For decades, Sister Jenna, as she is affectionately known, has moved and shaped the consciousness of lives around the world. She has traveled to over 80 countries to raise awareness of the self and the Divine. As director of the Meditation Museum in metropolitan Washington D.C., she has created a space for the public that is a safe haven for personal reflection and growth. The museum offers weekly and monthly programs in various areas of spirituality and personal empowerment. She also serves as director of the Washington, DC branch of the Brahma Kumaris, a worldwide spiritual organization with over 8,000 branches in 120 countries. In commemoration of a special anniversary, Sister Jenna spearheaded the launch of America Meditating: Pause for Peace in 2012. Its powerful invitation for others to join her in creating a more peaceful and loving world, continues to have a daily impact through the America Meditating Radio Show and a variety of community outreach initiatives. Sister Jenna has been featured on television and radio shows, is a sought out speaker for platforms ranging from the UN to Juvenile Delinquent facilities, and is a regular blogger for the Huffington Post, and Patch News serving millions of readers. She has received a multitude of honorary degrees and mentions for her spiritual leadership and unique model for positive change.
