Suzanne Bowen Suzanne Bowen is a Franklin, TN, based founder of The Balance Method, a comprehensive approach to body shaping designed for women. Formerly of The Lotte Berk Method, Bowen drew on the principles of modern and classical dance, pilates, yoga, orthopedic stretching and her own personal training experience to create the rigorous program. A naturally adept fitness enthusiast, Suzanne’s early tumbling lead to a nationally competitive all-star high school cheerleading career. After attending art school in Atlanta, GA, Suzanne returned to her roots in the late 90’s by engrossing herself in her true passion: Fitness. She landed an apprenticeship position at New York City’s prestigious Lotte Berk Method which gave her an ivy league education in fitness. In 2002, she choreographed and starred in the nationally released Lotte Berk Method Hip Hugger Abs exercise video. In spite of her burgeoning success in the New York studios, Bowen wanted to offer a more complete training regimen to her clients, thus designing The Balance Method. Click here to visit her website |
