Her department develops new sales approach strategies and designs sales training curriculum and continuous education programs for sales brand ambassadors. She is also a leadership author, speaker and certified transformation coach. Her new book CRASH! Leading Through The Wreckage captures the lightening moment that led to her epiphany about the role of personal transformation in improving leadership and life. Her book is due out November 2017.

Carla Moore Carla Moore is charged with redefining and driving innovative human capital strategies to support the growing need for a more digitally adept, multicultural, multigenerational workforce at HBO. Her career with HBO began 17 years ago as an entry-level sales trainer. Before transitioning to her current role, she was vice president, domestic network distribution, leading a sales and marketing team serving 3.7 million HBO and Cinemax subscribers representing $400 million in annual revenues. Her team was charged with bringing to market new revenue prospects and identifying opportunities to leverage HBO content across multiple platforms. Her new book CRASH! Leading through the Wreckage captures the lightening moment that led to Moore’s epiphany about the role of personal transformation in improving leadership. Prior to joining HBO, Moore managed customer service operations for Comcast and Sprint Communications. She is an active member in the communications industry and a graduating participant of two leading industry programs: CTAM U at Harvard Business School and NAMIC Executive Leadership Program at Darden School of Business at University of Virginia. Moore sits on several industry and civic organization boards. She received her master of business administration degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
