President's Day: Speaking Truth to Power

Host Lee Witting recorded this President’s Day show just two years ago, one month into the Trump presidency, and was stunned to find how relevant it remains today. Lee writes, "With the exception of the administration’s revolving door of appointees, the tenor of authoritarianism, oligarchy, racism and Russian influence remains remarkably unchanged since this program first aired. The element of hope introduced by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation should not discourage the role NDErs should be playing every day in speaking truth to power. As an NDEr myself, I feel obliged to do the same."
