After a long, cold winter, it's time to start thinking about getting fit. And to help get you motivated, we've enlisted the help of former United States Marine Michael F. Brandenburg. Michael has trained thousands of people from ages 6 to senior citizens, including athletes from all levels. Through his business, Trinity Training, he is seeking to strengthen people in mind, body, and spirit

Michael F. Brandenburg
Michael F. Brandenburg is a Former United States Marine. He earned his B. S. in Exercise Science and Certification through the Dr. Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research. Michael has 25 years experience and knowledge to motivate, encourage and help clients see how sharp their iron is. Michael has trained thousands of people from ages 6 to senior citizens, including athletes at the Pro, Semi-Pro, College, High School, Select, Junior High, Club and Grade School levels. Sports include football, soccer, baseball, fastpitch, gymnastics, basketball, lacrosse, swimming, track & field, wrestling and ballet. Michael has also worked one on one with injured and re-habbing clients, as well as clients with genetic defects, such as scoliosis.
