Muscle Memory
Bookmark and Share
The show this month focuses on Muscle Memory. Our muscles have memory so they know what tone they are supposed to keep (how taught or tight to be). Trauma both emotional and physical can leave a memory in your muscles, resetting the tone, which during times of stress may come back to haunt you like the old proverbial “football injury”. This memory periodically needs reset, particularly after emotional, mental or physical stress. If it is not reset, the muscles may become too tight causing the bones to shift or move slightly out of place causing pain.

Joining me on the show is Dr. Jeffery Mortimer from Mortimer Chiropractic. Dr. Mortimer focuses on Sports Injuries and Trauma. We will be discussing the Muscle Memory and what is necessary to reset it and get the body back in alignment and out of pain.
