Anthony Parnell Anthony D. Parnell is Founder & President of New Thought Management, Inc. A graduate of Clark Atlanta University’s Graduate School of Social Work he combines a strong humanistic perspective with innovative approaches to management and individual and group development. With more than a decade of professional experience in the public and private sectors, he has developed a solution-oriented philosophy for addressing complex problems. Equally, he presents strategies of empowerment for individuals and organizations that are cost-effective while addressing their immediate needs and future goals. Anthony D. Parnell’s concepts about individual and group development have been solidified by his years of experience as a mental health therapist, administrator for non-profit organizations, and business owner. Additionally, his broad experience as a workshop facilitator and as an adjunct faculty member in the University of Southern California’s (USC) School of Social Work has further strengthened his communication skills with individuals and in group settings. As an empowerment facilitator and author, he introduces concepts centered on writing as a tool for facilitating personal and organizational growth.
