Kyle began his career in management consulting before moving into healthcare. Along with colleagues, he pioneered a new approach for treating chronic fatigue and pain, anxiety, depression and other stress related symptoms - which is reflected in the recently published book, The Intelligent Body.

Kyle Davies Kyle was born and raised in Cardiff, Wales. He qualified as a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society following completion of a BSc in Psychology and an MPhil in Applied Psychology. He practiced for 10 years as an organisational psychologist in management consulting before opening therapy and coaching clinic, Psych-Solutions, in the late 1990s, where he focused on anxiety conditions, depression and life coaching. In 2003 Kyle turned his attention to chronic fatigue and pain conditions, and other medically unexplained symptoms and syndromes, and was a co-developer of Mickel Therapy. From 2004 to 2011 he was a Director at Mickel Health Initiatives Ltd where he was principally involved with training and supervising practitioners. Kyle has continued to innovate and evolve his work and this will be reflected in his first book, ‘The Intelligent Body: Reversing Chronic Fatigue & Pain from the Inside Out’, which was published by W W Norton & Co. (New York) May 2017. He has presented to a variety of audiences in the British Isles, the USA, and Europe, and he is an international member of the American Psychological Association. Kyle is a regular contributor to ITV Wales News, is frequently heard on radio and podcasts, and is the host of the podcast Unleashing Potentials.
