Roy Cohen Roy maintains an active private practice for both individuals and corporations in the areas of career management, executive coaching and leadership development. He has been a guest speaker at numerous events and organizations, including: the Yale Club; various business school alumni groups (Wharton, Chicago, Columbia, etc); the New York Society of Security Analysts as well as the Baltimore, Stamford and Philadelphia chapters of The CFA Institute; the Financial Executives Institute; Wall Street Rising; Rainbow/Push Wall Street Project Economic Summit; Urban Financial Services Coalition; Citibank Women's Leadership Council; and the Financial Women's Association. He has also participated in the 92nd Street Y "About Women" series, both as a facilitator and panel member, and he has been a featured speaker at the "Women on Wall Street" annual conference. Roy has been quoted often in the press (Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Money Magazine, New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, Newsday, US News, Crain's, etc), and he has appeared on the Today Show and CNN. His book, The Wall Street Professional's Survival Guide, is scheduled for publication in June 2010 (FT Press, an imprint of Pearson). He has been associated with the Five O'clock Club since 1991 as a master coach and member of the media team, and with Lee Hecht Harrison as a Vice President, Senior Consultant and Director of Professional Services. He is a long-standing adjunct faculty member at New York University where he currently teaches in a program to train executive coaches.
