teve A Klein, author of “Sell When You See the Whites of Their Eyes!” and CEO of the Professional Development Center, has developed a wide range of sales and personal development training.

The Professional Development Center, has conducted extensive training with organizations such as Wells Fargo, Southwest Airlines, the United States Marine Corps, Chrysler, Ericsson, Nissan, Ford, Southwestern Bell, Pepsi and The Dallas Morning News. His training focuses on such key issues as relationship leadership, attitudes, team building, sales management, sales negotiation, tracking and prospecting, customer service, self (time)-management, communication skills, and cultural and behavior change. He has been a part of numerous television broadcasts, and also expanded his operations through audio and videotapes, allowing organizations of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies, to implement his techniques.



Steve graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor of arts in the fields of speech communication and broadcast journalism. Steve started out in radio and television, first as an on-air talent, he then took an indirect step into sales. It was there where he realized his passion was sales. He began his own company in 1980 and immediately achieved top sales status with one organization, where his firm remained for seven years in a row, making it number one in a worldwide organization of over 2000.



Steve is also invested in his community. He is an advocate for instructing our schools how to motivate students. As a volunteer for Adopt-a-School, he worked with teachers and adminstrators on how to teach leadership, time management, communication and teamwork skills. He has also contributed to his profession by serving as the president of the Sales & Marketing Executives of Dallas.



Steve A Klein\'s diverse expertise, as well as his constant focus on personal development, resulted in the creation of his first book \"Sell When You See the Whites of Their Eyes!\" He is currently writing his second book focusing on Leadership versus Management.
