| Michelle Kaiser, Ph.D. My research is rooted in social and environmental justice. I research ways communities can ensure a safe, affordable, healthy food supply for all residents using sustainable models that also address health and food access disparities. I come from a social work and public health perspective, but cannot imagine my work without expertise from other fields. I have worked with geographers, policy analysts, sociologists, dietitians, public health workers, non-profit and government agencies, community developers, ag economists, and much more. I hope to combine my passion for the work with research to truly make a difference in Ohio and across the globe. Food Innovation Center |
