Dater's Ed

Lisa Jander is a teen advocate, relationship coach, speaker and author of Dater’s Ed, modeled after the Driver’s Ed manual to help parents teach their teens how to “date defensively, navigate safely and steer clear of unhealthy relationships". Lisa is known as the “Teen Dating Mechanic” and heads an initiative to “stop reckless dating” through education. Lisa does not promote teen dating, she promotes a proactive education to avoid the need for a reactive solution.

Lisa’s website, Dater’s Ed, is designed to support the family framework through the teen years. Lisa has also designed a comprehensive online curriculum for parents and teens called Teen Dating License.
