This week, Leonard talks with Dr. Rheeda Walker, a licensed clinical psychologist from the University of Houston and director of their Culture, Risk, and Resilience Lab. She specializes in suicide science and African-American adult mental health, and she recently wrote the book “The Unapologetic Guide to Black Mental Health.” She believes the factors above have resulted in a mental health crisis in our community.
