The Fighting Illini notched another win on Saturday, thanks to the foot of Matt Eller. Boz & Mr. G tackle the victory over the Iowa Hawkeyes with Mark Tupper from the Decatur Herald & Review. Then well look ahead to next weekends Western Michigan game with The Voice of Bronco Athletics, Robin Hook.

Robin Hook he Voice of Bronco Athletics since 1984, Robin Hook handles play-by-play duties for football, along with men’s and women’s basketball and hockey. He is celebrating his 25th anniversary on the microphone with WMU in 2008. Hook joined the WMU Athletic Department in April of 1995 and was promoted to assistant athletic director for broadcast services in 1998. Hook has expanded WMU’s radio coverage with the creation of the Bronco Radio Network and added numerous corporate sponsors. Prior to arriving at WMU, Hook was an on-air radio personality for 15 years, mostly with WKMI-AM in Kalamazoo. As a part of his administrative duties for WMU Athletics, Hook handles all sponsorship relationships as well as working hand-in-hand with the stations that comprise the Bronco Radio Network. A Bellville, Mich., native, Robin and his wife Ruth are the parents of Chelsea (23), a senior at WMU and Jared (19).

Mark Tupper Mark Tupper is the Executive Sports Editor of the Decatur Herald & Review and has covered Illini football and basketball for the past 25 years. He wrote the book "Through My Eyes: The Greatest Season in Illini History," with basketball coach Bruce Weber and has written a book for young readers about the life of former Illini basketball star Brian Cook. He co-hosts a weekly radio show, "Sports Night Decatur" each Thursday and does other on-air work for radio station WSOY (1340 AM, Decatur).
