The Hosts: Randal A. Simonetti is the founder and CEO of Ignition Consulting, Ltd., a full service management, marketing and public relations consulting firm practice strategy and tactics to business, academic, human services and professional services organizations. He has held executive management positions at AT&T, Citicorp, Frontier and Global Crossing. He holds a BA Degree in English, Masters Degree in Communications and a second masters in Administration. He has published over a dozen articles on leadership, reputation management, global marketing and consultative selling. Randal is a former professional musician, avid sportsman and armature geologist

James M. Hartman Esq. has been practicing law for over 40 years and possesses a diverse background in litigation and corporate law. He is considered one of Rochesters top trial attorneys and has argued cases before the United States Supreme Court. James recently retired from the law firm of Harris, Beach & Wilcox and continues to work as a legal consultant to law firms throughout the country. He is a former president of the Monroe County BAR Association and a member of the board of directors of the American Trial Advocates Association. Jim is a former professional musician and stand up comedian.

Randal and Jim created and produced the original Lawyers Who Needs Them, program in 1991 and were the recipients of the New York State Bar Association Media Award for Excellence in Broadcasting in 1992. The program garnered a 12 share (96,000 listeners) on the local CBS affiliate, 1180 WHAM. Caller gender 55% male, 45% female.
