As host of The Race Report since its inception, Steve Parker has played an integral part in making The Race Report one of the most comprehensive racing programs in the country. In addition to The Race Report, the 20-year radio and television veteran has been heard “calling the turns” on national race broadcasts of Cup, Busch and Truck Series action. Steve’s voice has also been heard on the web site of one of Nextel Cup’s top teams. But it’s his knowledge of NASCAR combined with his razor wit that make him one of the top radio hosts in the nation. Outside of broadcasting, Steve has been published in several NASCAR and general interest magazines.

Raised on racing and holding nearly 20 years broadcasting experience in both radio and television, Sam Atwell has covered automobiles for as long as he can remember. Sam brings his passion for NASCAR to The Race Report every week with a blend of humor and insight that can’t be matched. One of the original hosts of The Race Report, Sam also lends his voice to The Auto Minute, heard on stations across the country. Sam has also been published in several sports magazines.
