Each week on TalkZone, they combine their talents and love of sports by interviewing former professional athletes and women in the sports world on SPORTS and TORTS.

But keeping the boys out of trouble isn't always easy…. Because when David and Elliott are together on SPORTS and TORTS, they have more fun than should be legal!

The Gold Dust Twins
This week's Sports and Torts features two storied members of the Red Sox who helped make 1975 a historic year for the team: outfielders Fred Lynn and Hall of Famer Jim Rice. Beat writer Peter Gammons gave them the nickname The Gold Dust Twins during Lynn's incredible rookie season, when he won MVP and rookie of the year honors, and the Sox went all the way to the World Series.

Remembering Lon Simmons
Hall of Fame broadcaster Lon Simmons whose career spanned five decades calling San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics and 49ers games, died this past weekend at the age of 91. Lon was one of the Bay Area's true play-by-play legends, and David and Elliott had the honor of speaking with him about his career back in the summer of 2013. We will revisit that interview this week.
