Bruce McMenemyBruce McMenemy has over 30 years experience in the business, education and government arenas. Mr. McMenemy began his career after graduate school as a college professor teaching on a full-time basis business, accounting and tax law for over 13 years at a major New York University. Concurrently, he started and maintained his own CPA practice. His practice has included a vast array of different businesses and individuals including some well known names in the entertainment industry. In the late 1990’s, he became involved in government service and has served as a Deputy County Finance Director, and continues to serve as Chief Deputy, Clerk of the Court and Comptroller. Throughout this time he has maintained a vibrant and cutting edge practice in the area of Accounting and Tax Law: McMenemy CFE CPA Firm (tax-return.org). In addition, he continues to teach accounting and tax law as an adjunct professor at two large national universities. Bruce McMenemy holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in business and accounting. He holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant in the States of New York and Florida. In addition to holding the coveted Certified Fraud Examiner title, he is a designated member of the society of Forensic Certified Public Accountants, member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, member of the Forensic and Valuation section of the AICPA, and a member of the Government Finance Officers Association. He has previously been licensed as a Florida Investigator, and held Life, Health and Variable Annuity insurance licenses. |
