Ken Patterson, host of KEN THE CONTRACTOR, has worked in construction for over 42 years – 30 years as owner of his own company. He’s a Class A, Licensed Contractor in several states. When he first started 42 years ago, Ken was a general laborer for a construction company. Over time, he gained knowledge and progressed to carpenter, job superintendent, estimator, and then Vice President.

At that point, he started his own company and as President designed and built multi-million dollar commercial and industrial projects as well as single family homes.

In addition to an active construction career, Ken consults companies that want to develop, buy, build, or remodel. As the host of KEN THE CONTRACTOR, Ken brings his friendly, helpful advice and years of professional experience to Talkzone listeners everywhere.
