Leonard's guest is Lisa Dinhofer who is a certified Thanatologist, trained grief counselor and communication expert. We will discuss the tragedy at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland Florida, the trauma that the survivors are going through, and how they can begin the healing process. Leonard will also address Robert Mueller's indictment of 13 Russians and three entities charged with violating U.S. laws through operations aimed at supporting the Trump campaign.

Lisa Dinhofer
Ms. Dinhofer, MA, CT is a certified Thanatologist, trained counselor and communication expert with over 16 years training, consulting and coaching experience for situational management and effective messaging for unexpected loss, abrupt change, 'difficult' workplace communication, chronic conflict and performance development within high intensity front-line occupations and business environments.

Ms. Dinhofer has extensive experience working with child abuse and pediatric homicide from a background in anatomical donation and as a medical examiner liaison. She frequently provides training and emergency debriefings for Child Welfare agencies and collaborative Law Enforcement divisions following high impact events and is a frequent speaker at CPS, CAC and Foster Parent educational programs.

Ms. Dinhofer is experienced in working within high intensity and graphic environments with a diverse client base that includes: healthcare, organ and tissue donation, social work and mental health; law enforcement, attorneys, child welfare agencies, security/risk management, emergency response preparedness, forensic, mortuary, clergy, Call Centers, non-profit and business professionals. Ms. Dinhofer has participated in DHS functional exercises for mass fatality events and county health department preparedness planning and readiness training for Family Assistance Centers.

Ms. Dinhofer is a recognized SME on consent for organ and tissue donation having lectured in recovery organizations across the U.S. and overseas and frequently serves as an expert witness for litigation of invalid consent. She has consulted on authorization issues for brain banking and is currently an advisor for Bennett ReGen, Inc.

Ms. Dinhofer is a sought after workshop facilitator and has been a featured presenter at over 100 scientific and professional conferences in the U.S., U.K., Middle East and the Czech Republic.

Ms. Dinhofer is a trained mediator and currently an Adjunct Instructor in the Graduate Thanatology program at Hood College, Frederick, Maryland. She is also the owner of Ingeni, LLC Consulting a complimentary consulting firm that focuses on changing unwanted outcomes, behavior, conflict and communication issues within business environments using Appreciative Inquiry and Character Strengths Development modalities.
