Linda Snell
Linda is a senior partner with Demeter Communications. She has exceptional expertise in relationship marketing, leadership development and strategic planning. She consistently initiates and implements programs that increase communication and coordination between affiliated organizations. Linda has designed, implemented and evaluated numerous programs in the areas of leadership and professional development, public relations, retail and foodservice marketing, and grassroots advocacy. She has recently been a key developer of a new leadership development program for producer-funded soybean groups and researched how various not-for-profit organizations conduct leadership programs. Linda worked for the Texas Beef Council as director of industry relations and for the National Live Stock and Meat Board (later National Cattlemen’s Beef Association) as the director of state and affiliate services. As a consultant, she worked with all 45 state beef councils, The Thacker Group, LBL Strategies, Lee Hecht Harrison and Agri-West International. Raised on a cattle and hay farm in Elgin, Texas, she is a graduate of Texas A&M University with animal science and agriculture economics degrees.
