Into the Wild: Escaping Internal Prisons
Bookmark and Share
Keith and Sharmai recently watched Sean Penns film Into the Wild and were profoundly struck by the movies message. In the film, the main character leaves his life behind, and starts again anew. He escaped his personal internal prisons, and we can all learn from that. We run from the prisons within to some perceived external freedom, only to have that freedom become our next prison. Our only solution is to get free from the inside out. Keith and Sharmai talk about various prisons, or lessons, and how to move transform them from the inside out. Then in the second part of the show, a powerful tool for transforming internal lessons or prisons is the use of affirmations. Sharmai gives powerful examples of affirmations that you can tailor to your own predominate lessons.
