Katharine White, R.N., M.S, CPHQ, CAC, President of Lighthouse Performance Strategies, is a member of the most trusted professional group in the United States. Built on years as a psychotherapist, psychiatric consultant, and organizational development specialist, she applies psychology of change principles to help people make behavior shifts toward optimal outcomes.
