Patricia welcomes Pat Lynch, Editor in Chief of Women's Radio Network and Host of "Speak Up!", whose mission as a media innovator, is to give women a larger voice. She will be discussing her pioneering vision and work in women's radio online and the value of opening the media to women’s voices and creating the communications bridge to the future.

Also on the program is Lisa Tener, book coach, published author, trainer and speaker who discusses finding one’s creative voice, developing a system inspiration and success for writers and artists.

Pat Lynch is a media innovator with a mission to give women a larger voice. Her company produces WomensRadio, WomensRadio Channel, WomensCalendar and the current state-of-the-art personal streaming tool, AudioAcrobat (R). At the age of 25, she founded the first woman-owned advertising/marketing/media agency in the south, has been listed in various "Who's Who" among women, honored by other media, included in a number of women's leadership books, and serves on numerous Boards for the advancement of women throughout the world.

Lisa Tener
Lisa Tener is a book coach, published author, trainer and speaker. She has appeared on national television--on ABC World News with Peter Jennings, NiteBeat, New Morning, HealthBeat, and PBS-TV. She has been quoted in Glamour, Family Circle, The Boston Globe and WebMD, and interviewed on dozens of radio shows throughout the nation. Lisa serves on the faculty of the Harvard Medical School continuing education course on writing and publishing books. Lisa served as a panelist for the International Women's Writing Guild's Meet the Authors Conference and the Festival of Rhode Island Authors. She presented at the highly successful Boston Social Forum and has taught a writing workshop to professors at the University of Rhode Island. She is co-author with Peaco Todd and Jane Middelton-Moz of The Ultimate Guide to Transforming Anger: Dynamic Tools for Healthy Relationships (Health Communications, 2005). She earned her Master's degree from MIT's Sloan School of Management where she concentrated in marketing. She earned her Bachelor's degree from MIT. Anger-obicsSM was inspired by her studies in alternative and complementary healing modalities. Prior to becoming an author, trainer and coach, she served as Executive Director of Hospitality Homes in Boston, an organization that provides housing for the families of patients who visit Boston for medical treatment. The housing is in the homes of volunteer hosts. During her tenure, the organization increased services by more than 300% and increased income by over 400%.
