Fast Foods Causing Fast Tempers
Bookmark and Share
Americans seem to be reaching their "flash point" more easily today than ever before. "Road rage" has become a national epidemic. What happened? "Fast foods cause fast tempers - and Americans have eaten far too much of it over the last twenty years," says Keith and Sharmais guest, health educator Stuart Tomc, consultant to the World Health Organization. "Most fast foods lack the essential Omega-3 fatty acids, nutrients vital for proper brain growth and function and this dietary deficiency has triggered a variety of unpleasant mental and emotional problems for tens of millions of children and adults."
