Thomas VonderBrink
Tom VonderBrink joined Bioenergy in January 2000 and became president and chief operating officer of its Bioenergy Life Science subsidiary in 2003. VonderBrink is responsible for managing Bioenergy Life Science operations, focused on general and clinical nutrition. VonderBrink has vast experience in clinical nutrition product development, sales, marketing and operations management. Before joining Bioenergy, he spent 25 years with Novartis Corporation (formerly Sandoz, Inc.) where he began his career as sales representative in 1974 before evolving through increasingly responsible management positions. His most recent role at Novartis was general manager responsible for senior care, health systems and trade market segments where he managed more than $800 million in contracted sales. After receiving an undergraduate degree in psychology from Thomas Moore College in Fort Mitchell, KY, VonderBrink went on to earn a master’s degree in counseling and guidance from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH.

Donnie Yance
Donald Yance Jr. is a practicing Clinical Herbalist and Certified Nutritionist, specializing in the use of nutritional and herbal approaches to cancer, heart disease, and other chronic health conditions, as complementary and/or primary therapies, and in the prevention of these diseases. His mastery of the Eclectic Tradition, his specific use of nutrition and vast knowledge of up-to-date scientific research, together has led him to develop his own holistic model that focuses on an integrative approach to healing. This all contributes to his unique ability and success. Mr. Yance is a graduate of the National Institute of Nutritional Education and the Sequoyah College of Herbology.
