Uncovering the Hidden Fees

You put your money in a bank. Then you notice youre getting hit with some outrageous fees. We talk to an expert who says fees are going up, and theres not much you can do about it. The, drunk drivers are still out there, but now they may also be drugged drivers. How many drug users are on the road, and whats being done about it?
