UFFE RAVNSKOV, MD, PhD is the author of "The Cholesterol Myths." Dr. Ravnskov graduated from the University of Copenhagen with an MD. He went on to become an assistant professor and independent researcher as well as director of THINCS, The International Network of Cholesterol Skeptics. His published books include "Ignore the Awkward! How the Cholesterol Myths Are Kept Alive" and "Fat and Cholesterol are GOOD for You!" He is also a Member of the editorial board of Journal of Lipids and a member of International Science Oversight Board.
