Suzanne Kantra
Suzanne Kantra spends her days at Martha Stewart Living slightly differently than most editors. While the creative team at MSLO experiments with new flavors and crafts, Suzanne experiments with the latest crop of digital cameras and checks out the memory capacity on laptops. She then develops her research into technology stories for MSLO magazines, Martha Stewart Living Radio, and "The Martha Stewart Show." She also appears on ESPN2's "Cold Pizza," and serves as contributing editor to Popular Science magazine. Suzanne spent the past 15 years shaping Popular Science's technology coverage, introducing readers to the wonders of the Internet, celebrating the emergence of high definition, and, in general, reveling in a seemingly endless stream of cool gadgets.

Laura Dion-Jones Casey
An avid urban walker averaging over 50 miles a week, Laura can be seen walking daily around Chicago's Downtown areas, most of the time with her two little Italian Greyhounds. Her extensive background in the hair and fashion industries led her to become one of the nation's first and top Plus Size designers from 1986-1998. She was also one of the nation's first and top Plus Size models from 1980-1988. Laura is now an author and motivational coach. She also speaks and writes motivational articles for an online support group. Younger women and men look up to Laura like a cooler big sister; older gals and guys identify with her because she's not a youngster and see that her motivational coaching can help them look as healthy as she does. Everybody Laura meets gains the confidence that they can do what she's done - "Commit to Get Fit."
