Bobby Covic Bobby is a U.C. "Bezerkeley" graduate with a degree in psychology. He has been an Enrolled Agent (EA) since 1988. An EA is a federally authorized tax practitioner. In this capacity Bobby is admitted to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service. Bobby is an instructor for National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) where he educates tax and legal professionals in advanced techniques for representing clients before IRS. Practicing in Incline Village, (Lake Tahoe) Nevada, Bobby works as tax litigation consultant and specializes in analysis of the dischargeability of taxes in bankruptcy. His former professions have been that of professional musician, vocational rehabilitation counselor, real estate broker and casino craps dealer. He is a Toastmaster and an active member of both the National Speakers Association and the International Association of Professional Negotiators. Bobby is also a newspaper columnist.
