A NY man stricken with polio after changing his daughter's diaper 30 years ago won a $22.5 million dollar judgment from the maker of the oral vaccine that he claimed passed through her stool. New Jersey has scrapped a plan to outlaw genital waxing. And on the celebrity front, NFL running back Marshawn Lynch and hangers-on of Ann Nicole Smith both were in the headlines this week.
