    • DWLS More than 100,000 suspended drivers are still barreling along on Michigan roads every year. No kidding!

      Why?
      • Licenses suspended for not paying tickets on time.
      • Too many tickets, too many points.
      • Outstanding fees owed to the courts or to the state.
      • Suspensions because of multiple drunk drivings.

Heck, it can even happen if you don’t register your car in a timely fashion.

talkzoneEveryone must know how to protect his driving privileges, and drive safely and legally!

      1. If you ever get stopped and issued a ticket by a cop, call a lawyer. Every time. Don’t just pay the thing. Call the attorney.

      2. If your license is suspended for any reason, too many tickets and points, outstanding fees owed to courts or the state, call your lawyer immediately! There may be ways to get your license back right away -- without paying the total amounts due.

talkzone3. Charged with Driving on a Suspended License or DWLS? Don’t plead guilty without – yep, you guessed it – calling your lawyer. DWLS is not a mere ticket; it’s a criminal misdemeanor charge that could mar your record permanently!!

Plus, plead guilty to DWLS and you’ll find your license suspended anew - for the same length of time.  And judges are now locking people in jail for this charge. Don’t give up. Get smart.
